The office of Alvarez Garcia is centrally located in the historic neighborhood of Old Hyde Park near Downtown Tampa. The neighborhood is framed by scenic Bayshore Boulevard to the east, the popular restaurants and shops of South Howard Avenue to the west, and the Crosstown Expressway to the north. Downtown Tampa, the federal courthouse and the state courthouse are approximately one mile away by car or trolley. If visiting Alvarez Garcia by car, free parking is available to guests either beside the office or across the street in the elevated garage.

If visiting Alvarez Garcia from Tampa International Airport, the easiest route is by exiting the airport to the south via the State Road 60 ramp toward Interstate 275/Downtown, merging onto Kennedy Boulevard (FL-60), travelling approximately three (3) miles to MacDill Avenue, turning right on MacDill Avenue, travelling another mile, turning left onto Swann Avenue, and then continuing down Swann Avenue until riding beneath the Crosstown Expressway and entering Old Hyde Park Village. The professional building for Alvarez Garcia will be on your left just after the intersection of Swann Avenue and Dakota Avenue. The entire route from Tampa International Airport is about six (6) miles and ten (10) minutes in length.
